How do I get a login and password?
If you are an employee at Arriscraft and require a username and password, please contact Marta Zonneveld for approval and to get set up.
What if my order is urgent?
Please let us know if your order is urgent or is required for a specific date - we will do our best to accommodate it. Submit your request when placing your order, or email us (include the Order #) at leona@arrowmarketing.ca with the details.
How do I check my balance?
First, ensure that you are logged into the website. Then click to MY ACCOUNT > MY BUDGET. You will see your remaining budget amount, as well as your Order History.
How long will it take to ship out my order?
Your order will be ready at Arriscraft head office 2-3 days after placing your order.
Is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?
No. Orders can be as small as just one item.
